Conditions of Sale
GENERAL TERMS
1.1. Sigly OÜ's online store sells Products owned by Sigly OÜ.
1.2. These conditions apply to legal relationships that arise between the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and the owner of the online shopping environment located at the internet address tellimus.sigly.ee (hereinafter referred to as the E-shop) Sigly OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) in connection with purchasing Products from the E-shop. In addition to these conditions, legal relationships arising from purchasing Products from the E-shop are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. The Seller may change the terms of use of the E-shop and the prices of Products and services. The Seller will announce changes on the website tellimus.sigly.ee. The transaction will be subject to the terms and prices valid at the moment of the transaction.

1.5. All photos and texts on the tellimus.sigly.ee page are copyrighted, belonging to Sigly OÜ. Unauthorized copying and use of the material on the page is prohibited.
1.6. By placing an Order in Sigly OÜ's E-shop, the Customer confirms that they have read the terms of purchase and agree with them.
PURCHASE CONDITIONS
Prices
1.1. All prices displayed in the E-shop are in euros and include VAT.
1.2. Sigly OÜ's E-shop reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Customer submitted their Order before the price change took effect, the price at the moment of the Order confirmation applies to them.
Products
2.1. If the Customer places an Order but the seller cannot fulfill the order, the full purchase amount will be returned to the Customer immediately after the product's unavailability is confirmed.
2.2. Photos of Products displayed in the E-shop may unintentionally differ slightly from the actual appearance of the Product.
Making a Purchase
3.1. Orders must be placed through Sigly OÜ's E-shop shopping cart. The Customer selects the desired Product in the E-shop and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
3.2. To place an Order, the Customer must go to the Shopping Cart page: click on the “Proceed to checkout” button in the shopping cart menu bar, after which the Customer is directed to the Order placement page.
3.3. After entering the required information and checking its accuracy, the Customer confirms the Order by clicking the “Confirm and pay” button. After this action, the Order is confirmed and sent to the Seller.
3.4. The Customer pays for the Product immediately via internet banking and confirms the payment to the Seller by clicking the “Back to the merchant” button.
3.5. After payment for the Product, the E-shop sends an Order confirmation to the Customer's email.
3.6. The Customer is obligated to provide true information necessary for fulfilling the Order when placing the Order.
3.7. The Seller is not responsible for any impossibility to fulfill the Order or any consequences thereof due to incorrect information provided by the Customer.
3.8. The Seller has the right to refuse Order fulfillment if there are doubts about the accuracy of the information provided to the Seller and in cases of behavior not in accordance with good practices.
3.9. The sales contract is considered concluded and Order fulfillment begins after the Customer has paid for the Order.
3.10. By placing an Order in the E-shop, the Customer confirms that they have read the purchase conditions and agree with them.
Payment Methods
4.1. Orders can be securely paid for using the Maksekeskus payment gateway with the following Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop, and Pocopay.
4.2. The Seller does not have access to the Customer's banking information.
Registration in the E-shop
5.1. Orders can be placed by logging in as a registered user in the E-shop or as an unregistered user.
5.2. Customers can choose to register as users of the E-shop, which allows them to view their purchase history.
Delivery
6.1. The product is delivered at the seller's expense to the customer's organization's administration.
6.2. The Order is delivered within 30 working days.
6.3. The E-shop does not deliver products to Customers on weekends and public holidays.
Returning and Exchanging Orders
7.1. In case of complaints and claims, including desires to exchange goods, the Customer sends an email to: info@sigly.ee.
7.2. Goods can be returned, and claims can be made within 14 days after the delivery of the goods.
Liability
8.1. The Seller and Customer are liable to each other for any damage caused by the violation of these terms of use in the cases and to the extent established by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
8.2. The Seller is liable up to the sales price of the Product.
8.3. The Customer is obligated to use the E-shop service only for purposes that are in compliance with the law and good practices.
Processing of Customer's Personal Data
9.1. The Customer gives clear and informed consent for the processing of their personal data by the Seller.
9.2. Personal data made known to the Seller is used to provide the sales service and offer goods to the Customer.
9.3. The Seller retains the contact information entered by the Customer during purchases and information about the purchases made. This information is treated as confidential and processed in accordance with data protection laws.
9.4. The Seller may use the Customer's personal data to send special offers and information about campaigns to the Customer by email only if the Customer has given their consent.
9.5. Data communication between the Customer, banks, and the card payment center is encrypted, ensuring the security of the Customer's personal and bank information. Payment is made outside the E-shop environment, in the secure payment environment of the respective bank or service provider.
9.6. The E-shop does not have access to the Customer's bank or credit card details.
9.7. Personal data is processed by Sigly OÜ, Harju County, Tallinn, Kristiine district, Liimi tn 6/2, 10621. Registry code 17112789.
9.8. Sigly OÜ is the responsible processor of personal data, Sigly OÜ transfers the necessary personal data for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
Terms of Use and Their Amendment
10.1. By registering in the E-shop or making a purchase, the Customer agrees to the terms of use of the E-shop and undertakes to comply with them.
10.2. The Order becomes effective between the Seller and Customer from the moment the payment for the purchase amount is received in the Seller's bank account.
10.3. The Seller may change the terms of use of the E-shop and the prices of Products. Notice of changes will be published in the E-shop environment. The transaction will be subject to the terms and prices valid at the moment of the transaction.
10.4. The Seller has the right to refuse Order fulfillment if a technical error caused the Product price displayed in the E-shop to be incorrect.
OTHER CONDITIONS
1.1. Disputes between the Customer and Seller are resolved through negotiations.
1.2. If the Seller has refused to resolve the Consumer's complaint or the Consumer does not agree with the solution offered by the Seller and believes that their rights have been violated or their interests harmed, the Customer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating under the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or to the Harju County Court.
FORCE MAJEURE
Sigly OÜ's E-shop is not liable for damages caused or delays in the delivery of goods if the damage or delay in delivery is due to circumstances that Sigly OÜ's E-shop could not influence or foresee.
